1. Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of payment by calling our helpline or emailing sales@pangeapaper.com. Once an order enters our automated slitting and boxing line, cancellations cannot be processed.
2. Return & Refund Window
We offer a 15-day return window for unopened box packs of standard size rolls (57mm x 25m, 79mm x 25m, and 79mm x 50m). Items must remain in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.
3. Custom Orders Exclusion
Custom-printed thermal receipt rolls (with reverse side brand logos, coupons, or custom terms) are manufactured specifically for your business and are entirely non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (bank account or credit card) within 5 to 7 business days following arrival and inspection of returned cargo at our warehouse.
