1. Dispatch Timelines
Standard POS roll box configurations are dispatched from our regional warehouses within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Custom-printed or custom-slit rolls take 7 to 10 working days for production and packing.
2. Regional Coverage & Delivery Times
We ship nationwide. Tier-1 metros receive cargo in 2 to 4 business days. Regional and tier-2 locations typically take 5 to 7 business days for surface cargo truck delivery.
3. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, we send an SMS and email notification containing your shipping tracking number, logistics partner name (e.g. BlueDart, Delhivery), and estimated delivery time.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives with wet or torn outer packaging, take photos immediately and refuse delivery. Contact us within 24 hours so we can ship a replacement box block and coordinate insurance claims with the logistics company.
