Refund policy

1. Overview

At Pange Retail Store, we follow a strict “Exchange Only” policy.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are permitted only if you receive a wrong product compared to what you ordered.

We encourage customers to record a clear unboxing video and take photos at the time of opening the package. This serves as proof in case of any issue with your order.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Wrong Product Received:

    • The item you received must be different from what you ordered.

    • Exchanges will not be accepted for issues such as dislike of color, size, or design if the correct item was sent.

  2. Request Timeline:

    • You must raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.

    • Requests received after 3 days will not be entertained.

  3. Proof Requirement:

    • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

    • The video should clearly display the shipping label, packaging condition, and the product inside.

    • Along with the video, please share photos of the wrong item received.

  4. Product Condition:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories).

    • Products showing signs of use or tampering will not qualify for exchange.


3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to pangearetailstore@gmail.com with the subject line:
    👉 “Exchange Request – [Your Order ID]”

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Number

    • Order ID

    • Date of Delivery

    • Description of the issue

    • Attach unboxing video and photos clearly showing the wrong product received

  3. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days with further instructions.


4. Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will be required to ship the wrong product back to our return address (provided via email).

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Pange Retail Store will not bear courier or delivery costs for the returned item.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the product is verified as the wrong item, we will dispatch the correct product to you at no additional cost.

  • If the returned product does not meet our conditions, the exchange request will be rejected and the same product will be shipped back to you.


5. No Refund Policy

  • We follow a No Refund Policy. Refunds, partial refunds, or monetary compensation are not provided under any circumstances.

  • Only exchange is applicable if the delivered product is incorrect.


6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following types of products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging

  • Products returned without proper proof (unboxing video and photos)

  • Products returned after the 3-day exchange window

  • Custom or special-order items (if applicable)


7. Important Notes

  • Always record a full unboxing video before opening your parcel. Without a valid video, your exchange request will not be processed.

  • The decision of Pange Retail Store regarding exchange approval will be final.

  • By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.
