Shipping Policy – Pange Retail Store

Welcome to Pange Retail Store!
We aim to ensure your orders are delivered safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volume.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India from our base in Rajkot, Gujarat.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times depend on your location and courier service availability:

Gujarat (Local) 2–4 business days
Major Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.) 4–7 business days
Other States / Rural Areas 5–10 business days

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before confirming your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be mentioned on the website or during checkout.

  • In case of product exchanges, the customer is responsible for return courier/shipping charges, as stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your order status on the courier’s website.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at pangearetailstore@gmail.com.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If you are unavailable during both attempts, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, customers will need to pay re-shipping charges for the order to be resent.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information (including flat number, street, city, state, and pin code).

  • Pange Retail Store will not be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to a wrong address, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We ensure safe and secure packaging for all orders.

  • However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery (or expected delivery date) at pangearetailstore@gmail.com.

  • To assist in resolving the issue, please share:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video and photos of the damaged parcel (if received)

    • Courier tracking ID

We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue at the earliest.


9. Order Delays

  • Delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, bad weather, government restrictions, or remote area deliveries.

  • Pange Retail Store will not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will assist in tracking and updating you on your shipment.


10. Non-Delivery or Returned Shipments

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery (customer unavailable, wrong address, refusal to accept, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Reshipping will only be processed once additional delivery charges are paid by the customer.
