5. Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Exchange is accepted only if you receive a wrong product.
If you receive an incorrect item, please follow the process below:

Exchange Eligibility:

  1. You must raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Send an email to pangearetailstore@gmail.com with the subject:
    👉 “Exchange Request – [Your Order ID]”

  3. Attach:

    • Clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

    • Photos clearly showing the wrong product received.

  4. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  5. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

After verifying your proof and receiving the returned item, we will ship the correct product at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you made a duplicate payment or error during checkout, contact us within 24 hours at pangearetailstore@gmail.com for assistance.

  • You must record a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel for the first time. This video is mandatory proof in case you need to request an exchange.

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
